Overview
This role can be done remotely with a preferred work location within the South Division Geography. Requirement for occasional presence at Division Office (Orlando, FL) will be needed and some occasional travel within division should also be expected.
The Path Forward Return to Work program at PepsiCo is a 16-week paid returnship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce. The program is open to individuals who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least 2 years. As the RGM Returnship candidate, you will be involved in Revenue Growth Management project work. This work will be related to assisting development of strategies grounded in understanding our consumers and our retail customers (Grocery, Mass Merch and/or Convenience Stores). These projects are used to identifying portfolio opportunities and development of our pricing and promotion strategy for our portfolio of products.
This role will provide exposure to some strategy and problem-solving assessment which will assist in the development and optimization of our long-term revenue strategy for some of our biggest beverage brands (i.e. Gatorade, Pepsi, Dew, Starbucks, Lipton, Rockstar).
This Returnship Project will provide cross-functional exposure and it is your opportunity to take your sales, marketing, financial, and/or analytical skills to the next level with endless possibilities!
Responsibilities
Analytics & Insights
Data Analysis: Learn to access traditional industry data (IRI) and collaborate on unlocking additional data sources to assess pricing performance and competitive trends
Business Integration
Collaborate: Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance & other PepsiCo divisions to on project work related to 2023 and 2024 planning
Strategy & Planning
Strategy Development: Assist RGM Division team in the development and communication of Retail Channel Strategy
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 - $135,600
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Qualifications
Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
Effective coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States
