This role is pivotal in maintaining and scaling our infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and performance of their platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS, and familiarity with GCP, and possess strong infrastructure engineering skills.

What you need to succeed in this role

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong focus on AWS and familiarity with GCP.
Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
Proficiency in managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar.
Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation and process improvement.
Knowledge of network protocols, security best practices, and cloud architecture.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and analytical approach.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
Knowledge of security practices and compliance requirements in cloud infrastructure.

Design, implement, and manage scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
Collaborate with development teams to enhance deployment processes, automate workflows, and improve system performance.
Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.
Monitor system health, performance, and security, implementing improvements as needed.
Lead efforts in infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
Ensure robust logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions are in place and effective.
Drive the migration strategy from AWS to GCP, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
