Southern Health Partners is recruiting full-time LPN or RN nurses to provide quality care at Alamance County Jail during night shifts. Nurses will be responsible for delivering patient care, administering medications, and performing critical assessments in a supportive environment. Location:   Alamance County Jail

Open Position: FT LPN or RN

Schedule:  12 hr Night Shift Rotation 6p - 6a w/Alternating Weekends

 

Shift Differential + Sign-on and Retention Bonus

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:  

  • Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans and work under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s) 
  • Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards & correctional regulations
  • Follow through with established treatment plans
  • Perform emergency intervention, physical assessment and critical thinking
