Spa Sydell Integrative Aesthetics, a leader in personal care since 1982, is expanding its marketing team! We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Email Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand and engage with our community of clients through targeted email campaigns.

As Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting compelling email content that resonates with our audience, drives engagement, and promotes our range of services. Your expertise in email marketing strategy will be pivotal in cultivating relationships with our clients and enhancing their overall experience with Spa Sydell.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote services, events, and promotions
• Segment email lists and analyze campaign performance to optimize open and click-through rates
• Create compelling content for newsletters and promotional emails that align with our brand voice
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate email campaigns with social media, website content, and in-spa promotions
• Maintain the email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
• Track and report on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, best practices, and regulations (such as GDPR)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and analytics tools
• Excellent writing and communication skills with a flair for creativity
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email design is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of email regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR Compliance
