Skills

  • Customer support experience
  • Experience with CRMs
  • Knowledge of financial services, particularly superannuation and investments
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Acting as primary point of contact for customers
  • Managing incoming customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Handling customer feedback, complaints, and general enquiries
  • Nurturing relationships that lead to long-term advocacy

Education

  • RG146 accreditation preferred
