Experience with CRMs
Knowledge of financial services, particularly superannuation and investments
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
Acting as primary point of contact for customers
Managing incoming customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone
Handling customer feedback, complaints, and general enquiries
Nurturing relationships that lead to long-term advocacy
Education
RG146 accreditation preferred
