About the Role:

As the Head of Global Supply Chain and Logistics, you will lead the global supply chain strategy, managing international EDM manufacturing and optimising global logistics operations. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring timely product delivery and sales fufilment, cost efficiency, and scalability as we expand our operations. A key responsibility will be the setup and full utilisation of Cin7 Core, to maximise operational efficiency, streamline inventory management, and ensure the full utility of all logistics and manufacturing systems. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing and logistics processes. 

In this role, you’ll partner with our hardware sourcing teams in China, logistics providers, and key internal stakeholders to elevate our operations. You will be instrumental in improving inventory management, building scalable distribution processes, and driving down costs, all while ensuring we meet our customers' needs with the highest levels of service and satisfaction. 

You're a seasoned supply chain and logistics expert with international electronics manufacturing experience. Experience in high-growth technology or consumer electronics companies essential. You have a proven track record of building relationships with suppliers, optimising logistics, and ensuring seamless delivery of products. You’re passionate about driving operational efficiency and can navigate the complexities of international trade and regulations. 

This is a key leadership role that requires ownership, planning and people management. You are highly analytical, have excellent negotiation skills, and can lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. You can manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, and ensure collaboration across all levels of the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, management, and optimisation of Cin7 Core.
• Develop and implement a global supply chain and fulfilment strategy to support Spacetalk’s rapid international expansion. 
• Manage relationships with international suppliers, particularly in China, ensuring product quality and timely delivery. 
• Oversee logistics, distribution, and inventory management to optimise costs and ensure on-time delivery to global markets. 
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, managing risks and disruptions. 
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain activities with product launches and sales forecasts. 
• Experience with international shipping of dangerous goods.
