Skills
Troubleshooting electrical hardware failures
Experience with digital or mixed-signal designs
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Process controls in manufacturing and quality environment
Knowledge of quality tools and standards
Responsibilities
Improve product reliability through product development and production
Conduct PCBA test failure investigations and root cause analysis
Drive corrective actions, risk reduction, and design simplification
Monitor product yield rate and conduct quality reviews
Challenge requirements to optimize acceptance testing for high reliability
Education
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
Master’s degree in electrical engineering (preferred)
