Avionics Systems Engineer, Payloads (Falcon)

SpaceX is seeking a skilled Avionics Systems Engineer to join the Falcon Avionics team. This role involves electrical system design and integration, ensuring successful customer payload accommodations.

Qualification/acceptance test planning

Responsibilities

Represent the avionics system in vehicle-level cross-disciplinary trades
Work collaboratively to define the scope of development projects
Act as a customer facing subject matter expert
Perform design and manufacturing assessments
Lead system projects and maintain communication of development schedules
Identify resources required to support development schedules
Develop, execute, and document avionics system verification

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics
