Avionics Test Engineer (Starship)

SpaceX is developing advanced technologies for space exploration. They are seeking a Mid-Level Avionics Test Engineer to contribute to the Components Test team by designing and developing test systems for spacecraft avionics.

Skills

Electronic hardware development
Software development in Python or MATLAB
Object-oriented software development
Test equipment operation and analysis

Responsibilities

Design and maintain custom test solutions for flight hardware
Select and design hardware to measure signals and apply loads
Write automation software in Python for testing
Collaborate with design engineers to improve product reliability
Root-cause test anomalies and failures

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or electrical engineering
