Responsibilities

Conduct analyses to identify issues and opportunities impacting Starlink customers
Integrate with all levels of the business to understand workflows and identify gaps
Develop metrics, dashboards, and automation for Starlink Customer Operations
Ensure data integrity, tool maintenance, and reporting quality
Train internal users and leaders on dashboard and tool usage
Improve data capture for future use cases
