Customer Support Associate, Bilingual Dutch (Starlink)

SpaceX is looking for a Bilingual Dutch Customer Support Associate for the Starlink service. As an early member of the team, you will provide support to customers while ensuring their experiences are exceptional.

Skills

Fluent in English and Dutch
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Technical aptitude in networking and hardware
Experience with customer support tools

Responsibilities

Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels
Provide technical support to customers
Advocate for the customer internally
Identify product and process issues
Collaborate to improve workflows
Maintain an internal knowledge base

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
