  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned enterprise customers
  • Deliver impeccable customer service and manage account expectations

  • Lead strategic direction and decisions across teams

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
  • High school diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience
