Operationalize post-construction building operations and maintenance functions
Coordinate with end users for building operations and maintenance
Write and manage construction contracts
Perform project control tasks including scheduling and budgeting
Manage multi-discipline construction projects in the field
Interact with contractors and clients
Resolve construction conflicts in real time
Oversee full lifecycle of projects
Provide budgetary costs and develop final project schedules
Facilitate governmental approvals

Education

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, or structural engineering
