Failure Analysis Technician (Starlink PCB)

SpaceX is seeking a talented Failure Analysis Technician for their Starlink PCB division to contribute to developing high-speed, low-latency connectivity solutions through hands-on laboratory work and engineering collaboration.

Skills

Hands-on lab experience
Microsection sample preparation
PCB manufacturing processes
Technical documentation interpretation
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Execute test methods and perform analysis
Develop and document test procedures with engineers
Recommend process improvements
Characterization and failure analysis
Operate lab equipment and maintain it
Cross-train on chemical analysis equipment
Handle chemicals and maintain safety procedures
Ensure 5S standards in the lab

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Associate’s degree in a related field preferred
