We serve as trusted professionals providing guidance and feedback to our client groups, driving efficiencies and best practices in a highly dynamic and fast-paced organization.RESPONSIBILITIES:Operate as a HR Business Partner for a growing global client group that spans fifteen countriesField and respond employee inquiries, questions and concernsProvide information, guidance and direction to leadership on employee relations issues, performance management, and other core HR functionsWork closely with functional HR experts (recruiting, training and development, compensation, and benefits) to ensure programs are optimized for the needs of our global client group and assist with the creation, documentation, and implementation of global human resources policies, processes and establishing best practicesDevelop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partnersAct as key point of contact for external Professional Employer Organization (PEO) partners and primary HRBP point of contact for PEO contractorsMaintain employee files and process HR transactions in our global HRIS and other HR platformsUphold standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documentsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional human resources experience in lieu of a degree2+ years of professional human resources experience supporting a global workforce with a global companyPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Proficiency in navigating complex international labor and employment laws and regulations in multiple regionsPrior experience working with a professional employer organizationDemonstrated success at building effective relationshipsExperience independently handling employee relations issues in global locationsExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to use independent judgment to make decisions as well as organize and prioritize workDemonstrated excellence thriving in a fast-paced environmentStrategic thinker, adaptable to change, and dedicated to providing exceptional support to a global and diverse workforceExperience with Greenhouse, UltiPro, and JiraProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointProven ability to discretely and handle confidential informationADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:This isnota remote position and will require relocation if not already local to the Hawthorne, CA areaPosition requires the ability to work extended hours and weekends when neededPosition requires the ability to accommodate time zone differences in other countriesCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:Pay range:HR Business Partner/Level I: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00/per yearHR Business Partner/Level II: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00/per yearYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
