Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier support to SpaceX employees
  • Manage on-site inventory and IT asset lifecycle
  • Procure and deploy computer hardware and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in person and remotely
  • Configure and troubleshoot printers and networks
  • Develop workflows and solutions in collaboration with IT engineering
  • Write instructional documentation for non-technical audiences

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
