Responsibilities
Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier support to SpaceX employees
Manage on-site inventory and IT asset lifecycle
Procure and deploy computer hardware and mobile devices
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in person and remotely
Configure and troubleshoot printers and networks
Develop workflows and solutions in collaboration with IT engineering
Write instructional documentation for non-technical audiences
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
