Maintenance Engineer (Starlink)

SpaceX is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to engineer and support planned and unplanned repairs of production equipment in the Starlink programs in Redmond, WA.

Skills

Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments
Experience with MRP, ERP, and CMMS systems
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance technicians to troubleshoot complex equipment failures
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures
Develop and execute improvement projects to maximize equipment availability
Collaborate with engineering teams for design adjustments
Utilize CMMS for maintenance tasks and improvements

Education

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
