Manufacturing Specialist (Starlink Power Systems)

SpaceX is developing the Starlink satellite power systems and is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to manage production processes. This role requires hands-on expertise and attention to detail.

Skills

Hands-on manufacturing experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to read technical schematics
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Execute and manage new configuration introduction into production
First level triage of production yield issues and hardware failures
Design and implement assembly fixtures to improve manufacturing process
Collaborate with mechanical design team on design for manufacturing
Provide training for production technicians on updated processes

Education

High school diploma or equivalency
Bachelor's degree in engineering, math or science preferred
