Metrology Specialist (Starship)
SpaceX is seeking a Metrology Specialist to support the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment for Starship. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in metrology and a commitment to quality standards.
Skills
- Calibration of IMTE
- Knowledge of AS9100D and ISO9001
- Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Quantitative reasoning
Responsibilities
- Perform calibration and maintenance of electronic and mechanical inspection equipment.
- Verify conformance of IMTE with performance criteria.
- Assist in implementing metrology processes.
- Support end users regarding measurement best practices.
- Act as subject matter expert for IMTE.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
