PCB Equipment and Process Engineer

SpaceX is seeking a talented and driven PCB Equipment and Process Engineer to develop and improve manufacturing processes for next-generation devices supporting global internet connectivity.

Skills

Proficient in engineering principles
Experience in fluid and mechanical design
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing processes and technologies for high volume PCB production.
Analyze production processes and assess improvements using a physics-based approach.
Lead Design of Experiments to establish robust manufacturing processes.
Identify and execute continuous improvement projects to enhance yields.
Develop project plans and perform cost/benefit analysis for new process implementations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
Master’s degree in engineering (preferred)
