Product Design Engineer, Consumer Hardware (Starlink)

SpaceX is seeking a Product Design Engineer for the Starlink consumer hardware team to innovate and design high-volume consumer products that provide reliable internet access globally.

Skills

CAD and FEA software proficiency
Mechanical and electromechanical design experience
Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

Own Starlink consumer hardware from conceptual design through high volume production
Develop design criteria and collaborate on requirements
Test and iterate on products for high field reliability
Design production lines and refine manufacturing systems

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
