Sourcing Specialist (Launch)

SpaceX is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to manage strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and procurement strategies ensuring the continuity of supply for key developmental goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, supply chain expertise, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive supplier analysis and develop strategic sourcing plans
Manage the supply base and continuously improve supplier selection models
Evaluate and select suppliers based on capability, quality, reliability, and price competitiveness
Execute supplier negotiations, contract management, and drive make vs. buy decisions
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and consult on quality procurement strategies
Provide high-level oversight and support to ensure operational success in tactical procurement execution

Education

Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience in supply chain, production, or engineering
