SpaceX is actively seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to assist with the design, implementation, and administration of various benefit programs and services.

Responsibilities

Assist with design, implementation, and day-to-day administration of benefit programs
Support annual benefits open enrollment planning and execution
Advise and counsel employees on benefit-related questions
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Assist with provider billing statements and plan compliance efforts

Education

Bachelor’s degree
Benefits or human resources certification preferred
