Sr. Embedded Software Engineer, Consumer Hardware (Starlink)

SpaceX is actively seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to work on the Consumer Hardware team for Starlink, the world's largest satellite constellation providing high-speed internet globally.

Debugging, performance optimization, testing

Responsibilities

Design and implement highly available consumer devices for millions of users
Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews
Develop prototypes for key design concepts
Write quality software for common processors and microcontrollers
Invent tools for continuous integration and release systems

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, or STEM field with 5+ years of experience; OR 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering
Professional experience with embedded or low-level systems development
