Sr. HPC Systems Engineer

SpaceX is looking for a Sr. HPC Systems Engineer to support their HPC team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing HPC clusters and providing application support in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Client and server hardware/software management

Virtualization and security technologies
Linux experience
Scripting (Bash, Python)

Responsibilities

Administer and manage HPC clusters, storage systems, and high-speed networks.
Provide application support to SpaceX employees across engineering disciplines.
Install and integrate Linux-based compute clusters.
Write instructional documentation and convey highly technical ideas in non-technical terms.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or scientific discipline
7+ years of professional experience in systems engineering can substitute for a degree
