Sr. Software Engineer (Security - Blue Team)

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Security Software Engineer to develop and implement security solutions to protect vital systems and infrastructure, contributing to the mission of enabling human life on Mars.

Skills

Development in modern programming languages (Python, C++, Rust, Go)
Experience in security engineering.
Knowledge of cloud security practices.
Familiar with SDLC and source control.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain technology solutions for security of systems, networks, and data.
Develop security architectures and primitives.
Provide high-criticality and high-risk services.
Collaborate with various teams to strengthen security measures.
Maintain documentation and act as a subject matter expert.

Education

Bachelor's degree in security engineering, cyber security, or related STEM discipline.
8+ years of professional experience in security engineering in lieu of a degree.
