Supplier Development Engineer, Packaging and Substrates (Starlink)

SpaceX is looking for a highly motivated and technical Supplier Development Engineer focusing on Integrated Circuit packaging and substrates to ensure quality and reliability in electronic components during New Product Introduction.

Proficiency in Excel and Minitab
Excellent problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

Work with design, R&D, and production teams to manage substrate suppliers
Drive failure analysis and resolve quality issues
Develop and manage quality specifications for package substrates
Ensure suppliers conform to SpaceX quality standards
Monitor and present performance data to stakeholders

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM discipline
