Technical Support Associate, Bilingual (Starlink)

SpaceX is looking for a Technical Support Associate who will provide exceptional customer service to Starlink users, resolving technical issues and improving customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels.
  • Provide technical support using hardware, software, and network expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting processes.
  • Create and maintain internal Help Center collateral.
  • Test software and hardware configurations.
  • Debug and troubleshoot application/hardware issues.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
