Responsibilities
Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels.
Provide technical support using hardware, software, and network expertise.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting processes.
Create and maintain internal Help Center collateral.
Test software and hardware configurations.
Debug and troubleshoot application/hardware issues.
Education
High school diploma or equivalency certificate
