SpaceX is looking for a Technical Support Associate for their Starlink team to deliver exceptional customer service and technical assistance.

Excellent problem-solving skills

Technical aptitude in networking and hardware
Experience with SQL

Responsibilities

Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels.
Provide technical support using hardware, software, and network expertise.
Surface product and process issues by pairing quantitative and qualitative methods.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting workflows.
Create and maintain internal Knowledge Base & Help Center collateral.
