Training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible, however training/tasking may require on-site work a few hours per week. Occasional evening/weekend on-site support for upgrades/patching is required. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.nnEssential Functions:nnn Performs the installation, integration, configuration, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, security implementation and configuration management of websites and application systems hosted on Unix/Linux based servers n Troubleshooting and resolve issues related to server and software issues n Provides direct support through a ticketing system to application owners, developers, government entities and related internal and external teams n Occasional evening/weekend on-site support for upgrades/patching is required n Other duties as assigned or required n nnnQualifications and Experience:Required:nnn BS/BA degree and 10 years related experience OR AA/AS degree and 14 years related experience OR HS and 16 years related experience. n Unix or Linux web/systems administration experience required n Installation/configuration of web and application server software required n Troubleshooting of server/software issues required n CompTIA Security+ certification required (Advanced certifications CASP or CISSP also acceptable) n nnnDesired :nnn Knowledge of DISA STIGS and Security Policies desired n Server administration with any of the following desired ColdFusion, Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Application Server, and/or Apache HTTP n nnnSecurity Clearance:nActive TS/SSBI clearance desired or active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SSBI.nnEducation :nBS/BA degree and 10 years related experience OR AA/AS degree and 14 years related experience OR HS and 16 years related experience.nnSpalding Consulting, Inc. is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees.
