Director of Product

SPAN is seeking a customer obsessed execution focused Director of Product to lead device software, digital services, and customer experience. The role involves shaping the product organization and roadmap by defining the product direction, execution, and product lifecycle.

Skills

Leadership oversight of HW and SW Product teams
Track record of shipping 0-to-1 consumer devices and digital products/features
Experience with discovery techniques, design sprints, and rapid prototyping
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution

Responsibilities

Immerse in the needs of SPAN homeowners and channel their desires into product strategy
Take ownership of strategy, roadmap, and execution in alignment with business goals
Rapidly develop and deliver products and features with a metrics-driven approach
Maintain proficiency in tech stack, native mobile and web apps, APIs, and more
Foster an environment that supports non-linear thinking and product experimentation
