Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

The Role


Do you genuinely enjoy solving customer issues quickly and efficiently, delivering customer feedback to the right teams to enhance the product, and providing all-around top notch support? If you answered 'yes' to all three you might be a good fit for our team! 


We're looking for smart, self-motivated, empathetic, problem-solving Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Specialists to join our Support team. On a daily basis you will:


  • Work with users over live chat and email with an occasional out-bound phone call
  • Offer solutions or work arounds for various questions or issues
  • Troubleshoot our product and our partner integrations
  • Take customer feedback and document it for our product and engineering teams
  • Maintain our self-serve documentation for internal teams as well as our customer knowledge base.
  • Assist internal teams with translation for marketing or education materials.
  • And more! 

The CompanyCam Support team is small but mighty, and we’re scaling fast. We’re looking for people who can juggle multiple conversations at once while helping others and providing an effortless experience as a whole. If that sounds like something you could get into, read on.  


You MUST...


  • Show up every day, taking the courage to do the difficult but necessary stuff.
  • Grow up constantly: you're OK working in an environment full of change. You take responsibility, love ownership, learn continuously, and have a growth mindset.
  • Do good by treating your co-workers and customers the way you would like to be treated.
  • Have 1-2 years customer-facing experience at a SaaS or technology company.
  • Be technically savvy and hungry to learn the ins and outs of our platform and partners quickly.
  • Have stellar communication skills both verbal and written, but know it's equally important to listen and understand our customers.
  • Be fluent in writing and speaking Spanish.
  • Reside permanently and currently in Lincoln, NE or in the United States. Sorry, we're not hiring outside the US at this time even if you're willing to work during US timezones.

 


It'd be NICE if you...


  • Have experience authoring tutorials and articles for public and internal knowledge bases.
  • Have experience working in different support platforms like Help Scout, Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce to name a few. 


Compensation 


Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Specialists are a salaried position at CompanyCam. We pride ourselves on adhering closely to our posted working hours. Our starting salary range is $36,000 - $40,000 and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits


Hiring Timeline and Process


Our teams are scaling fast so expect quick turn arounds. Our interview process consists of a few key elements to evaluate skills, qualifications, and team fit. Expect about a week turn around time between each part of the process:


  1. Application review
  2. 45 minute phone interview
  3. Writing evaluation
  4. Final interview
