Job Summary
The mission of the Self-Storage Property Manager is to continue to grow our operational excellence and drive property performance. This position will be in Aubrey, TX. Managers utilize strong interpersonal skills while interacting with customers, assisting them in identifying storage needs while providing real-time, cost-effective solutions. Resolving issues, answering questions, and providing general information regarding our company and policies are included in daily responsibilities. Managers are active during the day, taking time to inspect, clean out and prepare units for lease, and maintaining the property grounds and buildings. Ensuring the highest standard of quality in cleanliness, safety, and visual appearance is a priority.
