Radar Systems Engineer
Spartan is transforming the automotive and transportation radar market with innovative radar sensors for automated driving and driver-assist systems. As a Radar Systems Engineer, you will focus on designing algorithms, maturing capabilities, engaging with customers, overseeing testing, and studying radar phenomenology.

- Radar systems engineering
- Algorithm design for radar applications
- MATLAB, Python, and/or other software languages
- Systems engineering and software design principles
Responsibilities
- Design and implement radar signal processing algorithms
- Perform algorithm testing and trials
- Analyze algorithm performance
- Create radar software requirements
- Coordinate hardware testing
- Create models and simulations
Education
- BS/BA in Engineering or related field
- Advanced degree(s) highly desirable
