Spatial Labs is a pioneering retail store dedicated to offering innovative products and outstanding customer experiences. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Key Holder to join our team and support the Store Manager in daily operations.
As a Key Holder, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, managing daily tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Your role includes supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining store standards, supervising staff, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the store, ensuring security protocols are followed.
Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting products and services.
Supervise and support staff in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
Assist with inventory control, restocking, and organizing merchandise.
Perform cash register operations, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle responsibility.
Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
