Global Payroll Analyst
Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to join their Human Resources team to manage payroll programs effectively and ensure compliance.
Skills
- 2 years of global payroll management experience
- Knowledge of payroll processes and laws
- Expertise in global payroll concepts
- Proficiency in ADP CELERGO and HRIS systems
- India & US payroll knowledge
Responsibilities
- Process payrolls for over 500 employees globally
- Calculate various payroll components
- Verify and reconcile monthly payroll
- Implement process improvements for accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulations and filings
- Contribute to HR and Payroll projects
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
