Generate and publish management reports that provide a concise view of our supply chain from order creation to customer receipt

Design and improve Supply Chain KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Gather order processing and supply chain data. Consolidate the data into actionable summaries.

Facilitate the use of Customer specific supply chain Dashboards

Manage essential data that is used to communicate order and product updates to our sales force

Manage reports used to communicate current and future expectations to four distribution centers. Help them effectively manage their labor pool

Provide information and analytical support for our customer service leaders and our wholesale planning partners.

Provide data and support for our retail and eCommerce order processing/customer service team

Analyze current business processes searching for bottlenecks and areas that can use improvement

Manage the automation of successful reports

Past experience developing KPIs or process metrics; ability to use measurements to make business improvements

Experience building and designing concise business reports

PC Expert - extensive understanding of MS Excel or MS Access (or similar software), report writers, and data query tools

Strong understanding of computer-based systems and their relationship to successful business management

Good working knowledge of basic supply chain principles - in bound freight, outbound freight, forecasting, production planning, order processing, distribution; with a very good understanding of one or more areas

Excellent written and oral communication skills; should be able to talk with all levels of the organization
