WBD is looking for a brand & marketing professional to fill the role of Specialist, Brand Strategy & Campaigns. This person will be a part of the team that oversees brand strategy for our DTC streaming product. You will need to gain a clear understanding of the brand, its role in DTC marketing and help communicate it to internal teams. This position will be responsible for supporting the Manager, Brand Strategy & Campaigns in the execution of brand campaigns including but not limited to, creating timelines, tracking asset creation and feedback, ensuring on-time delivery to traffic team, and monitoring live media placements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized with strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to anticipate potential obstacles, develop solutions and escalate them as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the brand marketing team in the day-to-day execution of brand campaign work, working closely with internal teams on asset creation and completion
  • Partner with the Creative & Campaign Management teams on brand creative execution
  • Intake direction on brand strategy, creative direction & media deliverables, creating actionable milestones for campaign completion
  • Ensure creative and campaign elements are aligned with direction provided in the creative request
  • Monitor competitive brands and provide ongoing updates to the Brand Strategy Manager.
  • Create support materials / documents for internal and external presentations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing & campaign management
  • Solid understanding of the creative process and campaign execution
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience managing 360-degree marketing campaigns
  • A flexible approach with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, with a positive attitude
  • Tolerance for ambiguity in new team dynamics.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A solutions-oriented problem-solving approach, while demonstrating grace under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Must have legal right to work in the United States.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $38,500.00 - $71,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
