Responsibilities:
We currently have a great opportunity available for a Customer Care Specialist I. A CCSI is primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for internal and external customers through remote calibration scheduling, calibration orders and professional correspondence to ensure customer satisfaction. CCSI may be required to work from a remote location and requires minimal supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately enter customer interactions and information within Sysmex systems.

Customer scheduled events accurately entered across all systems.
-
Ensure calibrator materials are ordered and shipped within the expected timeframe.

Develop positive rapport with customers and coworkers and collaborate to resolve issues.

Understand and support company and department goals and objectives

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Associate’s degree required or 2 years relevant Customer Service experience in a related industry or manufacturing environment.
3 - 12 months of Customer Service experience or experience in a related industry or manufacturing environment.

Strong communication (verbal and written).

Microsoft Suite proficient.

Detail oriented; Time Management; Makes decisions according to existing policies and procedures; Applies basic problem-solving skills and knows who to involve.
