Susquehanna Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to manage insurance claims and assist patients in understanding their benefits within a busy specialty practice.

Responsibilities

Verify dental insurance coverage and benefits.
Communicate with insurance companies for pre-authorizations.
Assist patients with understanding insurance coverage.
Submit insurance claims electronically and via mail.
Follow up on outstanding claims and denials.
Maintain knowledge of insurance policies and changes.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
