Voltage Park is building a machine learning cloud infrastructure business from the ground up. As part of this effort, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our small team, who will keep our business running smoothly, supporting our key executives and oversee our day-to-day operations. As an early hire, you’ll also have significant influence in defining our company culture and ensuring our success.
This is a remote role, but you must be located in the Los Angeles area.
What you’ll do
Manage the CEO and executive team meeting calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings, sharing agendas, and resolving scheduling conflicts
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
Event planning: manage logistics for internal meetings, external meetings and team off-sites
Create administrative processes and implement systems to improve efficiency where it’s needed
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on special projects as needed, including light research and project management and support on all manner of deliverables
Qualifications
4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives and managing multiple moving parts at a fast-moving organization, preferably tech related
High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
A track record of developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with and among a diverse group of stakeholders
Extremely detail oriented – you sweat the small stuff and are incredibly organized
Resourceful: you can figure out solutions – even and especially in highly ambiguous environments, but you’re also not afraid to ask questions as needed
Low ego: we’re a small group, and need somebody for whom task is too small
You’re a problem solver with a “get sh*t done no matter what” attitude
You’ve managed high-stakes relationships with grace and confidence
You are tech savvy with experience in Google Suite, and with tools such as Slack, Asana, and Notion
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
