We are searching for a versatile Digital Marketing Strategist who embodies a unique blend of creativity and analytical prowess. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, utilizing their expertise to drive traffic, foster follower growth, and generate leads. This role represents an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious marketer eager to advance their career in digital marketing. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our content marketing and demand generation initiatives, contributing directly to our overarching strategy.
In this position offers remote work from the comfort of your home, with occasional in-office requirements to work from our office situated in the 800 block of Powell Street, Vancouver, BC. Additional travel may be required as the position grows.
Content Marketing
Contribute to the overall content marketing & social media strategy
Produce engaging blog posts and video content for all social media channels
Engage with our pilot community on platforms such as FB, Reddit & Discord
Create captivating photos & graphics using Canva and other Adobe Cloud Software
Demand Generation
Craft compelling email campaign copy to drive lead generation
Implement effective email campaigns and drip sequences
Continuously test & experiment with campaign tactics to optimize performance
Tag campaigns appropriately to track metrics and measure success
Analytical Insights
Generate comprehensive reports and refresh KPI dashboards regularly
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts
Strong copywriting skills with demonstrated experience in crafting engaging email copy and blog posts
Proven experience in producing content and managing social media accounts effectively
Experience in implementing demand generated campaigns on platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or Marketo
Proficiency in producing comprehensive reports using platforms such as Google Analytics
Strong proficiency in utilizing Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
Positive team player who is willing to take on new challenges and support team members
Accountable and goal-oriented individual who doesn’t shy away from ambitious objectives.
Curious and highly analytical mindset, always looking for ways to improve results
Organized, methodical, and process-oriented approach to help scale the marketing program
Ability to manage multiple priorities with open lines of communication to ensure focus on what’s most important.
Growth-minded individual who is continuously seeing ways to improve.
Experience in the drone industry or familiarity with geospatial technology
Demonstrated success in growing a brand’s online presence and engagement with a niche community
Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, showcasing adaptability and agility
Experience working remotely and effectively collaborating with distributed teams.
