Senior Manager of Credit and Marketing Growth Analytics
Splash Financial is seeking a Senior Manager of Credit and Marketing Growth Analytics to drive marketing channel growth analytics strategies for personal loan products. Join our remote-first team focused on simplifying financial products and making a difference in the financial landscape.
Skills
- Marketing analytics experience in consumer lending industry
- Experience in unsecured lending industries
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields; Master’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Optimize credit sandbox and filters for all marketing channels
- Develop prescreen targeting strategies for direct mail and email channels
- Collaborate with data science team to define targeting models and tools
- Design and execute experimental testing initiatives
- Cultivate strong relationships with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields; Master’s degree preferred
