Affiliate Marketing Manager (TikTok)

We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager with experience in TikTok shop. This is a fully remote job with 20% travel to various TikTok or Instagram events.Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Affiliate Marketing Manager with extensive knowledge of TikTok Shop and a solid background in influencer marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining a robust brand network and community. This role requires a self-starter who is organized, has strong negotiation skills, and can plan and execute influencer marketing plans effectively to drive KPIs and sales.Responsibilities• TikTok Shop Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of TikTok Shop to develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies.• Influencer Marketing: Leverage 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing to identify, negotiate, and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.• Strategic Planning: Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns to meet KPIs and sales targets.• Affiliate Marketing Integration: Understand and utilize affiliate marketing techniques to influence key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive sales growth.• Brand Network Development: Build and maintain a strong network of brand affiliates and community members to support marketing initiatives.• Self-Starter: Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines.• Organization: Maintain organized records and reports of marketing activities, performance metrics, and campaign outcomes.• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for meetings, events, and other business-related activities.Qualifications• Extensive knowledge of TikTok Shop and its affiliate marketing dynamics.• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of success.• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to plan and execute influencer marketing strategies.• Understanding of how to use affiliate marketing to influence KPIs and drive sales.• Proven experience in building and maintaining a brand network and community.• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.• Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.• Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently (note, if you live int he metro Atlanta area the preference would be on-site as we have a full studio)If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for influencer and affiliate marketing, and have a track record of driving successful campaigns, we would love to hear from you!
