Associate Marketing Manager - LATAM

Reporting to the Head of Marketing for LATAM, your mission will be to handle all marketing activities across the region, ensuring they deliver on the regional and global strategy. You will help ensure our marketing campaigns drive brand awareness and consideration in the market, whilst facilitating increased user penetration locally. You will work closely with regional cross-functional teams including Music, Studios, Subscription, Strategy Ops, Comms, and BD Partnerships. 


You will be based in Miami.


What You'll Do
  • Support regional Marketing leads in the development and execution of regional marketing initiatives.
  • Support Regional Marketing Initiatives: Support the development and execution of marketing strategies across Latin American markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, centralize all information across Latin American markets, and serve as the liaison between the global team and the markets in all operational aspects.
  • Campaign Management and Reporting: Centralize campaign data and analytics, coordinating with local markets to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance based on key business metrics.
  • Support the development and optimization of the budget for the region to ensure marketing activities executed are consistently ROI-optimized.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional teams in developing the LATAM consumer marketing strategy, ensuring all regional activity is linked directly to the brand and user growth targets across both acquisition and retention.
  • Partner with the Music and Studios teams to develop content campaigns that are impactful for our industry partners and creators.
  • Identify primary target audiences to deliver outstanding consumer-facing campaigns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive local market bets that positively impact both brand metrics and business targets in key territories.
  • Collaborate with global teams, including growth/performance marketing, to drive all facets of the consumer funnel.


Who You Are
  • You have a BA or an equivalent degree in Marketing or Business
  • You have 3+ years of experience at an agency, consumer brand or consultancy
  • You have strong analytical skills 
  • You have a basic understanding of the media landscape within the LATAM region
  • You know how to work autonomously as part of a small nimble team, and cross-functionally with different departments, both locally and internationally
  • You are a highly organized, focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese required


Where You'll Be
  • This role will be based in the Miami office


The United States base range for this position is $90,140 - $128,772 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave.
