We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our Rocksolid squad, the backbone of Spotify’s Customer Service Platform (CSP). As a key backend squad in CSP, Rocksolid collaborates with other teams to develop and maintain core infrastructure and services that power customer support experiences for millions of users worldwide.
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain backend services critical to the company’s customer support ecosystem, covering multiple channels such as web and email, compliance logging, account management, customer support data pipelines, and operational automation. You will work in an agile, highly collaborative environment alongside product managers, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and deliver scalable, high-performance backend solutions.
