We are looking for an upbeat and innovative Product Manager to join Spotify’s User Fraud team, where our mission is to maintain the integrity of Spotify’s platform by acting on fraudulent and artificial behavior.
As a Product Manager in this space, you will work to ensure that Spotify is able to detect and mitigate users at speed, working with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and collaborators outside of our function. You’ll be at the forefront of pioneering new techniques to combat the constantly evolving tactics of those who set out to abuse our systems, and this role will require you to play an active role in developing our anti-abuse strategies as we move forward.

What You'll Do - Lead our strategy for detecting artificial users on the Spotify platform
- Play a key role in our Account Security workstream, detecting Account Takeovers and feeding back any attack vectors to support other teams working in this area
- Partner with a cross functional team to devise and deliver new ways of catching abusive behavior
- Collaborate with business collaborators to ensure the impact of your work is visible and that partner input is appropriately integrated into your roadmap
- Develop and own a clear roadmap for the team over a six month cycle to meaningfully reduce the amount of artificial activity on the platform
- Lead product development from 0 to 1, ensuring that new functionality is effective and can be rolled out safely
Who You Are- You are data-led and have experience solving adversarial problems
- You have experience in Fraud/Security, and/or have a good understanding of the current industry position in this area
- You move quickly, delivering impact early and often in a product cycle

- You are output focused, ensuring that the team is working on the most impactful initiatives

The United States base range for this position is $128,340 - $160,425 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
