We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join the Global Sourcing team at Spotify. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience at a global organization with solid experience within strategic sourcing/procurement. The position will be based in NYC.
Primarily responsible for professional and corporate services commodities which will include sourcing and procurement of various indirect categories to support our users and offices around the world. You will define and set category strategies and drive cost savings when possible for multiple categories. You will be a key interface between business functions and the strategic procurement function. Experience in dealing with major HR services contracts, including corporate benefit providers, (i.e. medical insurance, dental insurance, health benefit brokers etc.) is highly desirable in addition to experience in facility management category management.
The United States base range for this position is $99,573-$142,247, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays.
