Technical Account Manager

Spreetail is looking for a Technical Account Manager that will directly contribute to the mission of providing efficient, timely, and accurate support to our Merchants and Brand Customers. As a Technical Account Manager, you own the administrative and operational functions that are critical in supporting our shared goals.


How you will achieve success:
  • You are responsible for executing administrative tasks in the areas of systematic vendor and item setup, data integrity, PO confirmation and tracking, and receiving and invoice administrative support.
  • Effectively utilizes the merchandising systems to complete daily tasks and proactively anticipate future tasks / issues for early resolutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of merchandise through communication with brand customer, merchant teams, and operations teams.
  • Collaborates with team members and support teams to complete tasks effectively and maintains communication with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time shipments and accurate item / PO level data.
  • Proactively ensure delivered shipments are checked in, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile invoices to reduce administrative and operational burden on support teams, merchant, and brand partner.


What experiences that will help you in this role:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and has strong problem-solving & analytical skills
  • Experience in the merchandising or retail industry
  • Ability to maintain focus on goals and objectives that deliver results
  • Learning agility to apply new practices in a constantly changing environment
  • Communicates effectively with their team to ensure deadlines are met and quality of work is high


This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup

Desktop/Laptop system requirements:

- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;

- at least 4GB RAM;

- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system 

- You are required to provide your own dual monitors

A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)

PC Headset

A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
