Backend Engineer

Sprig is looking for a talented Backend Engineer to join their Data Team and be responsible for backend architecture, data systems, and ensuring platform reliability and performance.

Skills

2+ years of software engineering experience with focus on backend systems
Experience with technologies like Redis, Kubernetes, Postgres, ClickHouse, etc.
Proficiency in Node.js or Golang
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with low latency high volume data stores and platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

Implement and optimize features for event-based targeting systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration of backend systems
Stay updated with latest technologies to keep the platform competitive
Manage and maintain databases for data integrity and security
Design and develop robust backend systems for platform scalability
